Global Green Envirosystems (GGE) is a young startup organization dedicated to advancing sustainable development and offering cutting-edge environmental solutions. With a primary focus on solid waste management and wastewater treatment, GGE collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders through policy advocacy, consultancy, capacity building, and service delivery. Additionally, we help design and supply advanced attached growth biological systems and high rate settling systems for the wastewater treatment industry, working closely with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other consultants to create highly efficient, eco-friendly treatment solutions. Headquartered in city of  Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (125 Kms from National Capital) our mission is to promote solutions for sustainable development.

Our team brings a wealth of experience in research, consulting, and education, spearheaded by our co-founder, Mr. Sourabh Manuja, who has over 19 years of expertise in the sustainable development sector. His in-depth knowledge spans solid waste management, wastewater engineering, climate change, WaSH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), capacity building, digital monitoring, performance audits, and much more. Mr. Manuja is highly regarded for his substantial contributions to the sector, having authored numerous technical advisories and case studies published by Ministry of Housing and Urban affairs (MoHUA). He has also played an instrumental role in developing "The Solid Waste Management Toolkit for Developing Countries" in collaboration with USEPA, and has also authored companion chapters focusing on "recycling markets" and "Solid waste management". A distinguished alumnus of Jamia Millia Islamia and Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Mr. Manuja holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Science and Engineering, having been awarded a Gold Medal for his academic achievements.

Our Director, Ms. Shweta Anand, holds a Master’s in Computer Applications, having earned a Silver Medal for her academic excellence from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. With extensive experience of more than 14 years in training, skill development and capacity building, she has played a pivotal role in empowering women through skill development initiatives in areas such as handicrafts and digital skills. Ms. Anand brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in educating and building capacities among youth, with a particular focus on enhancing their skills for future growth. At GGE, she leads the charge on digital interventions and capacity building programs, ensuring that our efforts align with both current and future needs in the sustainable development sector.

GGE is privileged to be advised by renowned and distinguished experts like Dr. Shiv Kumar Dube (IIT-D), who brings over 35 years of invaluable experience in the energy and environment sector. A specialist in handling coal ash and addressing sustainable development challenges, Dr. Dube's expertise has greatly contributed to advancing solutions in these critical areas. His deep knowledge and experience play a key role in guiding GGE’s initiatives, helping us develop impactful and sustainable strategies for the future.
